It is each and every Club member’s responsibility as their own Duty of Care to ensure a safe riding environment for themselves, their children and fellow Club members. All members will have to produce both a valid MWA licence for the rider and an Officials Licence for the parents/guardian,
prior to being issued with a key to the track.
Pee Wees (50cc) are NOT permitted to practice on the track at the same time as any other bike capacity/class – UNDER
No automatic machines (50cc) to be on the track at the same time as geared machines, practice must be split into the following capacities and at no time must this be altered.
*50cc Demo and 50cc Auto – Monday: 3pm to sundown and Saturday 7am to 10am is for 50 Demo and Auto only
*65cc and 85cc SW
*85cc BW, 125cc 2 stroke, 150cc 2 stroke and 250cc 4 stroke
**Each group is to have 15 minutes riding time each.
I WILL attend a MINIMUM OF TWO Busy Bees throughout the season as rostered or negotiated with the Busy Bee Coordinator.
If I do not attend these, I understand that I must pay a $50 busy bee exemption levy for each ‘Busy Bee’ I miss.
In addition, riders will be excluded from racing until fines are paid.
I will help out with fundraising or promotional activity when asked.
All riders intending to ride at Wanneroo Junior Motocross Club, at all events must be able to provide an official over 18 years
of age to be a Flag Marshall or a Key Official on each race day contested by him/her for the entire day or any other voluntary
position as requested by Club Officials.
Conduct at the track is governed by the Risk Management Policy, the No Hassle Policy and individual Official’s
responsibilities. Non compliance with these Policy’s and responsibilities or actions which put the Club at risk will be taken to
the Executive Committee. Failure to comply can result in suspension or expulsion from the Club.

It is your DUTY OF CARE to walk the track and check for danger prior to letting your child ride the track. If in your opinion, a
danger is perceived, you have a duty of care to do the following:
1) DO NOT LET THE CHILD RIDE
2) IF POSSIBLE REMOVE DANGER
3) FOLLOW INCIDENT REPORTING PROCEDURES
As per the WJMC Risk Management Policy
No riding in the Pits, Car park, or service/access roads under circumstance. The only exception is where Riding Schools
require the Car park for coaching/training purposes. This will be conducted under strict supervision to ensure the safety of
riders and spectators.
No adults to ride motorbikes.
No cutting the track during practice.
All riders are to be 19 years and under.
No non-members to be brought by friends to ‘ride’ unless accompanied by a come and try officer.
Strictly no dogs are allowed at the track (guide dogs permitted).
No Club member is permitted to leave the track riding an unlicensed motorcycle.
Basic first aid knowledge and a working mobile telephone is required when supervising a rider at Pinjar Park.
The gate is to be kept locked at all times – it is okay to dummy lock the gate upon arrival, but needs to be locked when leaving.
Full protective clothing is to be worn at all times when riding.
Membership can be revoked if any of these Club rules are not adhered to.
Membership is subject to WJMC Executive Committee Approval.
